    While we do have a dumpster on location premises, unfortantely, this is not for tenant use.  As per the terms of the lease:  “No public use of dumpster. There is a $100 fine per item”

     As Per the Lease: “Tenant may terminate this Agreement and move out of the space by written notice delivered to Lessor at Lessor’s email address (support@readynowstorage.com) at least 10 days before Tenant’s intended termination date”.
